First and last name
Phone number
Email address
Billing address
Delivery address
Data related to how you use the site (e.g., behavior/preferences/habits within the domain)
Any other categories of data that you directly provide in the context of creating a user account, when placing an order through the site, or in any other way resulting from the use of the site.
If you use your Facebook or Google account to create a user account on the site, Amazing Stuff SRL will process the following public profile data displayed by the respective applications: username, email address.

If you choose to create a user account only before completing the order of a product available on the site, your email address will be requested, based on which an account will automatically be created.

If you do not finalize the order, the email address and other provided data will not be stored by Amazing Stuff SRL, and the created account will be automatically deleted.

B. If you are a visitor to the site, Amazing Stuff SRL will process your personal data that you provide:

3. Duration for which we process your data
Amazing Stuff SRL will process your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the processing purposes mentioned above.

If you are a client, we will process your data for the duration of the contractual relations and subsequently according to the legal obligations that fall under our responsibility (e.g., for financial-accounting justificative documents for which the retention period provided by law is 10 years from the date of the financial exercise during which they were drawn up).

If you are a client and you exercise the option to delete the user account by pressing the "delete account" button in the "my account information" section, Amazing Stuff SRL will interpret this action as your option to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications by which we keep you up to date about the products and services offered through the site.

In this regard, if you choose to delete your user account, we will no longer send you emails and/or SMS of this kind.

However, we want to inform you that deleting the account will not automatically result in the deletion of your personal data.

If you wish for your personal data to no longer be processed or if you want the data to be deleted, you can exercise the rights detailed in point 6 below.

If you request the deletion of the account, but there is at least one active order on that account, the request to delete the account can only be registered after the delivery of the products and the completion of the last active order.

If you withdraw your consent for data processing for marketing purposes, Amazing Stuff SRL will cease processing your personal data for this purpose, without affecting the processing carried out on the basis of the consent expressed by you before its withdrawal.

4. Disclosure of personal data
We do not rent/sell your personal data to third parties.

In addition to the operator, in certain situations, the data may be accessible to third parties such as service providers, transportation operators, hosting providers, IT companies, appointed, if necessary, as data processors by the Operator.

They are contractually obliged to maintain data confidentiality and to use it exclusively for the purposes for which it was provided.

We might also disclose your personal data to central/local public authorities in the following exemplifying cases:

the right to access data - the right to obtain confirmation from Amazing Stuff SRL regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details on the processing activities such as how the data are processed, the purpose of processing, recipients or categories of data recipients, etc;
the right to rectification - the right to correct, without undue delays, inaccurate/unjustified personal data by Amazing Stuff SRL, as well as completing incomplete data;
the right to data deletion without undue delays ("right to be forgotten") - applies under certain conditions; It is possible that, following a request for data deletion, Amazing Stuff SRL may anonymize these data (thus depriving them of personal character) and continue in these conditions processing for statistical purposes;
the right to the restriction of processing, under certain conditions;
the right to data portability - the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and readable format, as well as the right for these data to be transmitted by Amazing Stuff SRL to another data controller, to the extent that legal conditions are met;
the right to opposition
- regarding processing activities, it can be exercised by sending a request as indicated below;
- at any time, for reasons related to the particular situation in which the data subject finds themselves, that data regarding them to be processed based on the legitimate interest of Amazing Stuff SRL or in the public interest, except for cases where Amazing Stuff SRL can demonstrate that it has legitimate and compelling reasons justifying the processing and that prevail over the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subjects or that the purpose is to establish, exercise or defend a right in court;
- at any time, for free and without any justification, that data regarding them to be processed for direct marketing purposes.
the right not to be subject to an automated individual decision-making - the right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing activities, including profile creation, which produces legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly affects them to a significant extent;
the right to address the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing or the competent courts, to the extent you deem necessary.

7. Minors' confidentiality
Amazing Stuff SRL does not knowingly contact or collect information from persons under the age of 18. The site is not intended to solicit information of any kind from persons under the age of 18.
