We offer an extended warranty of two years on all products, covering manufacturing defects or material flaws. It is important to note that the warranty does not cover product deterioration due to normal wear and tear, improper use, or operation under overload conditions.
To take advantage of the warranty services, it is essential for you to provide us with the purchase date, purchaser's name, as well as the invoice and payment receipt issued by the courier. The absence of any of these documents may result in the warranty being voided.
Upon expiration of the two-year warranty period, or in the event of its cancellation, any subsequent repairs will be carried out at a cost, with the express agreement of the customer. Upon receipt of the product, the buyer has the right to inspect not only the product itself but also the accessories, related materials, and the user manual.
Any irregularities related to delivery must be reported by the buyer within no more than one business day of receiving the product, through any available means of communication. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the claim not being considered.
Should a product fail due to manufacturing errors and is beyond repair, it will be replaced, or the value equivalent of the original product will be refunded immediately after the defect is confirmed. The standard timeframe for resolving issues is 15 calendar days from the date the product was received for service.
