Purchasing Products from Our Store

You can make purchases from our store online, by phone, or via email.

Online Order

The product you wish to order can be found by using either the menu at the top of the page, which contains product categories, the menu on the right side with all categories and subcategories, or by using the search field. When you click "Order," the product will be automatically added to your shopping cart.

After adding all the products you wish to purchase to the cart, you can proceed by clicking the button and completing the order page. On the order page, you will need to provide the following information:

• Delivery Method: This is discussed over the phone as furniture delivery can vary depending on volume.
• Order Information: Full Name, Complete Address (County, City, Street, Number, Building, Floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable).
• Payment Method: Choose how you wish to pay (CASH on delivery, by CARD, or via bank transfer).

Using your username and password, you can log in to view order history, track current orders, edit/delete your profile, or place future orders without re-entering your contact details.

Email Order

You can send your order via email to office@eisa.ro:

• Delivery Method
• Order Information: Full Name, Complete Address (County, City, Street, Number, Building, Floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable).
• Specify the desired products: Product name, product code, or product link.

There is no minimum order value required.
